– This first event of the festival is a curated coursed dining experience, featuring eight of the festival’s guest chefs, beverage pairings, art installation and live music. Dinner will be followed by a moderated “after dinner conversation” with guest chefs, hosted by Rachel Belle, and meet and greet on the patio.Featuring Chef Colin Stringer, Chef Merlin Verrier, Chef Asha Gomez, Chef Scott Winegard, Chef Sachin Chopra, Chef Jason Paul, hosted by Chef Matt McClure.

VIP Master Class for Women with Georgia Pellegrini @ Brightwater
Special guest and acclaimed author Georgia Pellegrini will host an exclusive master class experience at Brightwater. This women only group will follow Georgia from a hands on butchery class, to a cooking class, followed by a lunch hosted at Hillfolk: Textile Studio including natural dyeing workshop, and a signed copy of Georgia’s book Modern Pioneering.
