This is what happens with Fayetteville Roots Festival takes over a Culinary Institute, which involves chefs, music and beer. An afternoon event where Roots Festival Guest Chefs will be showcasing their talents in a teaching environment for this Master Class event at Brightwater: A center for food study in Bentonville. Complete with musical performances, a tasting with Bike Rack Brewery and Black Apple Crossing, food tastings and the opportunity to learn with some of the country’s best chefs.
