While growing up in Conway Arkansas I gravitated to the kitchen always trying to have a hand in anything my parents were preparing. This helped me land my first kitchen job at Cassinelli’s 1700 a small restaurant in North Little Rock. Fascinated with cooking I moved to Charleston, SC to attend Johnson & Wales University’s Culinary Program. After School I worked with some of Charleston’s most celebrated chefs. Then I slowly started my way back to Arkansas stopping in Memphis, Austin, Houston and Fayetteville with the final stop at 28 Springs in Siloam Springs. I felt with my love of regional cuisine, fresh local products and flavors this would make my cooking style serious as well as unique.
