The highly seasoned Mike Robertshaw started out working for notable chefs in Portland, Maine & Boston, then spent his formative decade in Seattle. This bicoastal chef came to NWA for love, but also to open Pressroom on the Bentonville Square. Since, he’s opened two food trucks in Rogers with cult  followings; Persephonē on Wheels & Three Cents an Acre. He’s also responsible for the menu at the new Moonbroch Brewing Company in Downtown Rogers where he uses his haute cuisine skills to put out casual pub fare that’s on another level.
